Worst service possible, takes them over 6 hours to deliver a parcel to it's destination that's 13 minutes away from the sorting facility, and when they finally do arrive, the parcel was tossed to me and the so called delivery guy just turned around and kept walking, go with Intelcom express, they send you an email when your parcel is on its way which takes away the guess work of how long you have to or are going to wait,

Order says out for delivery, however I realize that Quebec is ass backwards but you would think that the people aren't as ass backwards as well, as popular as Purolator is, it takes them over 6 hours to deliver a parcel to it's destination that is 13 minutes away. I recommend Intelcom express, as they send you an email letting you know that your parcel is on its way.

Very vague on details when I put my tracking number in , no updates, just the date puraltor Recieved my Parcel .. No updates as to where the Parcel Is at Check Up Points Along The Way ...It would Be Nice To Know Where My Parcel Is At

Terrible service. Wish companies would not use them. Canada Post is better & they are pathetic
