Always issues with purolator no notice, they never deliver at address...worst service

The worst service from all the transport company I deal with !!! Weather is perfect but they said; “cannot deliver due to bad weather”???

Left my parcel dented and soaking wet from Broken cleaning product bottle inside ! Pick up box bottom drop out!! How can the delivery person not know when he put on my Balcony????
