Driver did not attempt to ring doorbell, nor leave package.I went to pick up point and was told tha they would be delivered on Friday 16. On Friday 16 We waited, and waited. No delivery attempt made even though the on line tracking said it was out for delivery. Finally it said to pick it up at depot. Over-all poor service which is not typical of purolator

Paid for air overnight express from Hamilton to Regina. Left Hamilton sorting at 8pm last night and it’s now 3pm the next day and NOTHING available for tracking information since it left the sorting facility in Hamilton last night at 8pm WTF??
