Purchase an item on Amazon hv prime 1 day shipping. My order wz to arrive today the latest 9pm. My order has not arrived no call frm Purolator no up date as to when I will receive my package. Will never use this company again if amazon hv a purchase to go through Purolator I will cancel. Very disappointed

Used this service for the first time!!! The parcel we posted on November 26th. 2018 was supposed to be in Vancouver on Nov. 30th. 2018!!! Today is Dec. 4th. and it hasn‘t arrived there yet. Needless to say, their trucking system is terrible, it only goes as far as the 27th. of November were the parcels arrival was registered in the sorting station in Toronto at 00.27 am. In six hours it only got as far as Toronto; a half hours journey from our home, and it has never been seen since. An other example of Canadian efficiency! We will never use this service again!!!
