I never received my order. When I track my shipment, it shows it at Toronto Sort facility as of March 21, 2021 and after that it went in the air... After several contacts (chat/calls), Purolator had opened a case, which was closed on March 30, 2021. Below is Purolator response. Such an irresponsible and terrible service. I am still waiting for refund from the seller...they will be contacting Purolator again. In future, if I order anything and the shipper uses Purolator, I would prefer not to place an order. "Please be advised we have checked in our lost and found department along with the terminals numerous times. At this time all of our searches have come back negative for this shipment and will now deem this package as lost. We will now close the case. For further assistance, we recommend contacting the shipper as they may assist with the lost item and file a claim with Purolator. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. "
