Purolator review by Albert A Besselt

This company should change their name to "Gross incompetence" as I've never seen them perform above this level. I order items from Amazon.ca and many times Purolator is their chosen carrier. My address has not changed in 15 yrs but Purolator has dumped my parcels at 3 completely different depots each time they deliver. This means when I see "delivered" in the tracking system I actually have no idea where the item is. Until someone from wherever phones me. Just yesterday I found out I have a package sitting somewhere near the US border. The sad part of their incompetence is that they have at least twice delivered my stuff to where it belongs. So why the hell is that not a repeatable outcome when I'm using THE SAME ADDRESS! Because of the gross incompetence of Purolator I have cancelled my Amazon Prime membership and will no longer purchase from Amazon.ca I have contacted Amazon and Purolator but beyond the requisite "I'm sorry for your trouble" neither has done anything to rectify the issue now or in future.
