Was home all day. Enter phone rang once and I answered it immediately. Driver hung up. I was downstairs within 2 mins of call and he was driving away. He had no intention of reaching someone as parcel slip was filled out 7 mins. before he rang up! A little frustrating.

Attempted delivery my ass. Someone was home the whole day and they never reached out to contact me if there we're any issues. I hope Amazon drops them as carriers. Why am I paying for prime 1 day delivery when I get it 5 days later. Horrible customer service.

Are you folks kidding you call this tracking. Showing my package arrived i Edmonton North twice and has moved since 00:14 Friday.

Paid for 2 day delivery we are now day 5 , still not delivered to receiver. The Mrs Dunsters donuts will be stale .
