Terrible customer service .. I recieved a stroller delivery from puralator recently and the delivery guy kept it right in the entrance I couldn’t even close the door .. asked him to move it to the corner since I’m pregnant and would be difficult for me.. he denied to do so.. the second time we ordered something from amazon which had to be delivered by puralator.. did not even attempt to deliver for almost a week but showed the status as attempted delivery and after a long wait left it at the door without even knocking.

I would rate the service as terrible if there were any service to rate. Purolator has made me wait for a week now, using every possible excuse not to deliver.

This "service" is RUBBISH. Three days I've stayed home for delivery and nothing. I'll eat my own liver before I ever deal with Purolator again.

As a experienced delivery express company, any problem about the delivery address should be make a call to recipient for confirmation. It would never happened for a frequent buyer.

Where's there tracking info it's always at my door day's late then says Delivered nothing in between someone isn't doing there job and scanning the parcels ... shame on you !!!
