I biggest beef is the lack of information why they cannot deliver my parcel on time. It be great and admit that they lost it or delivered it to the wrong address. Nope, the only info tracking has is that I SHOULD receive in the next business day or two. This is not weather related, it’s summer. This is just pure and simple incompetence by a large company who just doesn’t care, period!

Dropped off a parcel destined for Saskatchewan. The lady behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer. She was knowledgeable and courteous to customers before me and to me as well. Purolator price was comparable to other courier companies.

on 2 nd delivery i wanted until 2 pm and they drove up run to house out back drives off as screaming at the truck then again on hold 29 mins to talk someone who again does not know what to do but this ridiculous service
