Not happy. Parcel being returned to Germany. Tracking says sorted at the International hub since 27 February. Not moving. What’s going on? I need it to get there. No one seems to have any answers despite lots of emails.

Parcelforce 'lost' my parcel and never located it Parcelforce collected my parcel and then 'lost' it at their depot, it took 6 weeks of very frustrating effort to file my claim, there is no email address to chase, I had to tweet them to get it, I eventually got a fraction of it's value back from them, a terrible experience, they have nothing but contempt for their customers believing that as they are part of the 'Royal Mail' they have a God-given right to our business, deeply arrogant and offensive. Use at your own peril!

y don't parcelforce ring the door bell that's the 2nd time on different occasions you have tried to deliver yet do not ring the door bell

In a previous rating I stated that the items had not been delivered. The next day I chased with the retailer who ascertained that the items were still at parcel force depot! I am told by the supplier that they have been told I should get the delivery today, but I still have had no contact from parcelforce, either explaining why they did not deliver when then advised me they were going to, or when to next expect it. If I could give no stars I would. Get a grip parcelforce.

Notified that delivery would be between 3&4 pm. It is now 8 pm - no delivery and no word from parcelforce. The one star is for the initial delivery notification time, and, of course, the inability to process my comments without any star rating.
