Return Parcels are taking far too long to arrive back to base. For instance I took a parcel to the parcel shop on 23 April and today’s date is 4 May and according to the tracking it said it has not yet arrived.

Tracking is appalling, took a parcel to the parcel shop Friday and apparently it is still on its way to Amazon since Sunday, then you scrawl down to look at the tracking and it says NULL, so all I can say is where is my Parcel and my refund. Amazon take note do not use Hermes ever again

No problem with my order arriving within a few days, but returning the parcel to a store has been a major problem, collected 4 weeks ago and no update since Hermes collected it. My parcel seems to have disappeared, and no way of speaking to anyone as to its whereabouts!!! Terrible service.

Awful, so slow and terrible communication. I had to return an item and the whole system was rubbish and took weeks. They pay the drivers terrible money. I won’t deal now with company’s who use Hermes as the courier.

Total rubbish. Sent to wrong depot and now have got no idea where it is. Cheap for a reason better off paying more for a reputable company to make a decent delivery

Terrible service got email saying parcel was on way delayed then it went missing looking at the poor reviews it looks like a lot of parcels go missing would not recommend using hermes very poor service
