Extremely difficult to deal with, no proper customer service, i have had 2 attepmte where i requested my parcel to be left with neighbour. for first attempt i stayed home the whole day and my parcel didn’t arrive

Shocking place to work. Let alone get deliverd from. Infact if I ever order of line I allways check if its Hermes delivering. If so, I wont buy the item. I just know how bad you get treated by the company. You are seen as lower than bacteria. So not a chance I'm going to give them my hard earned money.

Ordered an item on the 7th of june 2019 for my sons 3rd birthday told it would be here before or on the 13th june 2019 and when phone them they just say its in transit what a joke of a service

Hermes will not deliver to my house, they say they have been but leave no calling card, they have taken 14 days to deliver a parcel to me that was meant to take 24hrs, every single time we have something delivered we have to complain because it’s the same story each time, I would never use Hermes to deliver and I send out 300+ parcels a week just because of this
