My daughter had been waiting 8 plus weeks for parcel and thought it was company she had bought from I have purchased from lady via eBay whom posted as arranged yet Hermes has had parcel in depot for over week without any explanation bad time of year to misplace or worse

Useless. Tracking says signed for by neighbour but no details of which one and no card left. Fuming once again at poor service.

Never had my parcels off these have reported to eBay joke of a company and no one you can never talk to there either
