Hermes have definitely improved over the last year, they're not the best out there, though they're catching up. Would LOVE to see their couriers use their initiative and place parcels on the table provided for deliveries, rather than dumping them on the floor - making this housebound disabled woman have to struggle to bend down to retrieve packages, and then struggle to stand upright again. I always ask sellers to inform Hermes of my being disabled, I even live in an "accessibility property", with ramp to the front door and double handrails, so pretty obvious that recipient has mobility issues... At least they aren't regularly losing parcels, or severely damaging them anymore!

I have been waiting at home for three days and no one has been to collect my parcel they have said for three days that have tries to collect but no answer but the times they have said they was here was when three of us was home and no sight of anyone on the house camera and cameras never lie I don't even know why I am writing this feed back because no one will give s---- hermes probably won't even reed it.
