Still missing a parcel that arrived in Dundee on the 13th Oct, then went missing (In Dundee depot) on the 15th Oct and today 20th Oct still not recieved. Not impressed

Pay the extra and use Royal Mail. Hermes is absolute rubbish. Dropping off my parcel at the parcel shop on 5th, supposedly picked up by Hermes on 7th, it's now 11th no further tracking details available. Their robot help facility is a waste of time as it can never find my tracking number to deal with my enquiring. I wished I had used RM to return my parcel. Terribly slow and poor communication.

Did not collect when arranged for And Not the first time this has happened why is this please you have let my customer down

Our parcel was collected 8 days ago from Warrington for delivery to Kent. It still has not been delivered. The tracking says it was out for delivery on Monday but no attempt has been made to deliver it.
