It's a toss up as to whether your item will reach its destination or not. Heaven knows why Amazon use them, as a returned Echo Dot I sent never actually arrived. I had a real fight to get my £35 refund, so I'll never order electrical items from Amazon now, just in case they don't work and I have to return them. I assume Hermes people can guess what's in parcels as I - and I swear this - actually received a linen basket (packed and sent by Hermes) with an envelope and box addressed to some poor sod who'd ordered a really expensive phone. Just the phone had been ripped out and I just got the packaging in with my basket. Ebay sellers using Hermes are just as bad, and I now avoid them like the plague as I never get the stuff I bought.

Says delivered and signed for. I didn’t sign and there is no package. The delivery driver is not on my cctv so....... WHERE IS MY PACKAGE??
