This service is rubbish. DPD have a much better system in place. I only got a tracking number AFTER there was an attempt to deliver my parcel. The card which was left wasnt completed so I have no idea how to progress the receipt of my parcel

Disgusting, the card left was not filled in, no phone number to call to re-arrange delivery...found a Customer Service number but calls cost £6......I want my goods that I paid for...dia company.

Shocking service , sent parcel 3 day delivery 2 weeks later parcel still not arrived, have had my parcel lost , told to fill claim form in , then found and sent out for delivery then lost again and told to fill in another claim form at this present time was told courier had parcel but not delivered it now they dont know where it is .

Affordable, reliable service. We use Hermes quite frequently and we've never had any issues.
