Really enoyed that the courier driver gets away with refusing every delivery to my address and sending my orders back to the retailer. And to top it all I have to give a star to be able to submit .

Fed up with the service I track my parcel it tells me it's in depot then tells me I've told them to send it back to sender , I haven't seen the parcel or the courier to send it back ,pretty fed up of them now. have to give one star other wise cant submit

Waited in all day Saturday 28/9/19 no show yet again, tracking doesn’t work showing still at same position as Saturday morning. Nobody to contact for any help.

Wouldn’t touch Hermes with a barge pole. They sent me an email to say I would be receiving my parcel on a Friday. They didn’t. The tracker was then updated to say I would receive it Saturday, I didn’t- but they updated the tracker to say delivery has been attempted - even though it hadn’t. They then updated it to say there was a problem with my parcel - there wasn’t. Had to get the sender to put a rocket up them before they bothered to contact me directly with some lame staffing problem excuse. Apparently it is going to be delivered today (Monday) - we shall wait and ser

tracking service gave time slot in the morning and no show, despite waiting in all day no delivery or note through door to indicate a delivery had been attempted, e-mail received to say no one home at time of attempted delivery. this not the first time this has happened, but will now avoid any purchase from any supplier using this delivery company.

Parcel was supposed to be here by 26/9/19, still waiting,I won't be using Hermes again.
