Posted a ‘sorry we missed you’ note through the door but it was left blank! Had to track it to find out it had been left on the step of our side door in the rain. Card board box!

At 8am Thursday they missorted my parcel but promised update in 24 hours. 55 hours later nothing! Still waiting to be told where my parcel is..........and it isn’t the first one to go wrong. Happened before.

Tracking is not updated no contact numbers on card have wasted time on Saturday waiting in as no information on tracking

The parcel, has been delayed for 24 hours. When I should have received it on the 14th June. Very disappointed with this service!!
