Sells us priority over night delivery by 1pm. 2pm still not delivered. Told will not refund extra charge paid for delivery by 1pm because Corporate disconnected the refund fir late delivery for 11/1/21-1/16/22 and would not transfer the calk to a supervisor as requested. What a scam! Sell me a service you no longer offer and refuse to refund!! One ⭐️ only because it doesn’t allow negative stars

FedEx tracking is a joke--Smartpost is the encore performance--don't count on updates or help from customer service

It is sad how you can't get anyone at Fed Ex's customer service to help track down a package. I dates that it would be delivered on 11-12-21 and now appears to be handed off to FedEx SmartPost and you can't get anyone who knows anything about this package. Customer Service at Fed Ex is sad....they are really useless!
