Updates on shipments are terrible and give little to no information. Slower than Christmas.
While it may be efficient and cost effective for FedEx, the consumer takes it in the shorts for FedEx Smartpost. Lack of tracking and efficiency are the primary problems.
3 days late from original delivery date.
I like this site better spoke to FedEx online person she told me delivery is on Thursday I like this one because it says it's supposed to be delivered today and it speaks the truth Rush delivery.
For the past year, FedEx has really dropped the ball. I understand late packages/delivery exceptions at times but every single package I have had delivered with FedEx has been 4-10 days late. I've had packages lost, delivery drivers deliver my packages to other houses I assume since they are in such a hurry due to lack of staffing, and overall just terrible customer service when calling to check on items. I am sure the customer service staff is so burnt out with how many calls they are getting. FedEx, treat your employees better during this crazy time and give them the resources to succeed.
