For the past year, FedEx has really dropped the ball. I understand late packages/delivery exceptions at times but every single package I have had delivered with FedEx has been 4-10 days late. I've had packages lost, delivery drivers deliver my packages to other houses I assume since they are in such a hurry due to lack of staffing, and overall just terrible customer service when calling to check on items. I am sure the customer service staff is so burnt out with how many calls they are getting. FedEx, treat your employees better during this crazy time and give them the resources to succeed.
The service FedEx provides is terrible. I've waited weeks for a package to be delivered and when tracking it it appears to be held in limbo somewhere with "no delivery scheduled at this time". I cringe when told a package will be sent via FedEx because I know it's anyone's guess when it will actually show up. Maybe they should take note on how UPS manages to get items delivered when promised!
Fedex picked up my package I was returning on August 11 from the Ellabell, GA USPS. Fedex is still showing the page was picked up and is still not sent back. This the 15th of September. This has nothing to do with COVID. I need my money but am unable to receive verbal info. Sorry Service.

Lousy service tracking number says delivered and can't find my order not the first time this has happened to me can't find where to complain about the problem hope this helps someone
