Pago un envío express de 460 pesos para que tarden mis pedidos en alrededor de 4 a 5 días, y pasean mis paquetes varios días hasta 1 semana después de que ya llego a Reynosa y terminan entregando hasta 14 o 20 días después, para mi no cumplen con lo esperado..

FedEx can't be bothered to do what they say after almost a week of showing one date for no reason apparently they changed the delivery date losing me time to get my projects done and causing undue stress. The reps I talked to had a so what attitude and too bad voice tone...
