The customer service is unprofessional and unethical. When you make contact with them to find out where your package is they try to charge you $2 for them to explain where your package is and the reason for its delay. Take responsibility for your companies ineffeicences and don't try and palm them off to the consumer.

Useless service...been waiting an age for a delivery. Can't get on contact with them. The one start you have to give to rate them is a lie. I wouldn't give them a start at all its too good for them.

Terrible service will never use again they received my little 500 gram package in Gold Coast and 10 days later its still not here 500ks north on the coast, thats not fastway service thats no service at all, what a joke.

You might have changed your name but are the most inefficient courier I’ve ever had the mis pleasure of having to deal with Bloody useless 23 days and hadn’t left Melbourne after pick up , unbelievable ,
