My review is easy. Estimated time for delivery was yesterday the 6/9 have rang line busy. Have gone though the chat thingy. Have to pay $5 To chat with someone. I paid a delivery fee why should I pay more . Just need my parcel it's for my granddaughter's birthday these kids have gone though enough with being in lockdown , her daddy had a heart attack. And you lot want An other $5 for you to find my parcel. Get real

If you don’t care how long or frustrating the wait is, then perhaps this company is an alternative. Otherwise, use Australia Post!

Apparently they can't help find out what they've done with your belongings and either never delivered it or felt more then happy to leave it somewhere around apartments. I was home they day it was apparently delivered not a knock or a ring or a parcel. Worst delivery service.
