Absolute disgrace with never updating there tracking info and when u ring them directly they have no idea where your item is.. Had most recent package delivered 4 days after talking to them (11 day delivery syd to tas) and if I enter tracking number it still says in Syd depot ready 4 delivery they r a joke

Bought a small item 12 days ago shipping from Sydney to Perth, the last updated location is in Syndey yesterday, I mean...fastway, ur biz model definitely needs a overhaul to make u more profitable

Very late and no clarity about estimated delivery date

Worst company to use! Lost a king sized mattress. Didn't bother to contact me. I had to chase them and ask why my mattress was sitting in a warehouse for two weeks! Second time now I have had my delivery through these guys from the seller. And there is no updates given since the parcel was given to the company a week ago
