Not very efficient sorry You picked up my parcel in Melbourne on the 16 th January delivery was the 22nd of January Still no sign of the package

Was expecting a parcel from Brisbane to Goldcoast on Wednesday. Tracking says it’s Still in transit between Brisbane and Gold Coast. No reply to me emails and the customer service rep was rude and unhelpful. Still no answer on where my parcel is
