2 day delivery has now taken nearly 6. Tracking is useless still says it has been picked up in melbourne days ago i am in perth - 20 star service

Very unhappy with the service until now I’m waiting for my item to be delivered

Zero quality. False scans saying they've been trying to call. They haven't. Haven't delivered. Haven't delivered to my local pop shop. Contact bot asks what day to deliver, company doesn't adhere to it let alone attempt delivery. I'd give zero stars if the rate form let me. They don't respond to emails. Still do not have my parcel.

The delivery day just keeps moving and I’m still waiting, a two day delivery has now turned into 6, hopeless

On several occasions the courier is in too much of a rush, knocks and runs by the time I get to the door he's in his van driving off
