if I could give a 0 to this Fastway courier company I would. This is the second time I've ordered a parcel through Groupon and Fastway couriers come to the door I'm home and I still leave a card there is no address as to where to pick up the parcel they haven't left. I've gone online and order you get a ad after ad. the service is not fast in his appalling and I would prefer Australia Post anytime

Never deliver on time. Never give proper updates. Just totally useless. DONT USE THEM.

Once again despite the fact that i was home and waiting for the parcel all I get is a mailbox slip saying the driver couldn't make delivery . These people deserve their low rating. No wonder they don't show their phone number on the website.

Tracking says parcels were delivered to the front door. CCTV cameras prove no one ever made a delivery. Impossible to contact to follow up. Avoid at all costs
