Should not have big gaps in the tracking report from shipping to final receipt of package. It's not a tracking report if the package is in transit across Canada for 5 days with no report on the location of the package or if it's waiting for a flight for 5 days.

Over the past year I have sent parcels to Wales, Singapore, Spain and Denmark to name a few and over the 40 shipments not one problem at all. Keep up the good work...highly recommended .

Unfortunately the international tracking information was never accurate. I have been sending packages for my grandbaby to Holland via Express delivery. Even though it says the package delivered successfully, it's not true. One of them was returned to me, for the others they left notes to the door for them to pick the packages up.

My parcel has not been delivered and the tracking status is stagnant. Called customer care but they cant help before 45 days. All this after paying $45 . Waste.

They say my parcel was delivered to me on sept 20 2019 and it is now oct 1 2019 and i still havent recieved it and they cant tell me where it went
