Unfortunately the international tracking information was never accurate. I have been sending packages for my grandbaby to Holland via Express delivery. Even though it says the package delivered successfully, it's not true. One of them was returned to me, for the others they left notes to the door for them to pick the packages up.

My parcel has not been delivered and the tracking status is stagnant. Called customer care but they cant help before 45 days. All this after paying $45 . Waste.

They say my parcel was delivered to me on sept 20 2019 and it is now oct 1 2019 and i still havent recieved it and they cant tell me where it went

Canada post (cp) is great. I use express shipping and i always get my order on the third day. I used cp twice a week for 8 months and i didnt come across any problems what so ever
