I paid priority to get a package from Calgary to Vancouver and two days later it’s still not there! This is terrible service

My package was send back to me for the incomplete address but I haven’t received it for over 8days now. I can’t even track it down. As always Canada Post has the worst service ever. There is no point of having tracking number. The package was for my friends wedding. I sent another package to my friend with express shipping(cost me more than double). They told me it’s going to take 2 business days which it doesn’t make sense for express shipping. The funny part is that it’s gonna take 3 business days and her wedding is on Saturday. Now she is gonna receive it on Monday after the wedding is over. They don’t even work on the weekend and you call yourself as a shipping company. Why do we even pay taxes for such service? We could do a lot better with people’s money, Canada! Bring up your game in service business, please.

I just paid for one business day shipping but it’s going to be at least three. I’ve spoken to a rep on the online chat and said sorry. Nothing we can do at this time. They should start to care!!! I paid an extra premium for nothing!!

Like many others, the driver never even made a reasonable attempt to deliver. Never called or texted to ask to be buzzed in, never even left a "missed you" slip at the front gate. Customer service doesn't even know when the package will arrive back at the postal office for pickup. Made me waste an entire day playing the waiting game, and now as it's a Friday I have to wait until Monday for them to process my package for pickup. Fraking ridiculous.
