i paid for express post and after 48hrs when i track my parcel that i had sent it stills shows it is still at tahmoor post office wtf is going on i think i should be entiteled to a refund as as i am not getting the service i paid for

Parcel has been in Melb since 21st August it left Qld on the 14 th August . Why so long . ? Iam aware it takes longer at the moment . It took 28 days for a letter to go from Melb to Qld. Again why so long

A waste of time even rating. Auspost clearly no longer has an interest in anything remotely related to service. Slow, difficult restrictions, limited hours. Delivery times that are primitive

Very disappointed, paid 26.00$ x nothing, after 3 days the parcel not arrived at destination, they continue to blame the virus....7/08/ 2020

Extremely rude and ill-informed “customer care” people as they call themselves who write to you after you send several emails ( once you have been assigned a case number). Currently they are blaming Covid, but they were no better pre-covid, especially as you pay for Express Post! They ignore all queries and complaints.
