Unable to get any information regarding an INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS post envelope held up in Melbourne. The envelope was posted on 11 May at Newham 3442, and is still in Melbourne 8 days later awaiting departure to the UK. After several futile attempts via typed messages to 'Ellen' ('25 years of experience. . . and 'her assistant "Pearl Wilson" Expert's Assistant') it was suggested I pay $5 to SPEAK to a real person. After having paid over $36 for the International Express paid envelope I don't expect to have to pay for assistance to explain the delay – VERY POOR SERVICE, with the exception of the delivery from Newham to Melbourne, just an hour away! 'NO STAR' RATING (unable to send this message without ticking a star box) for this particular job.
