Think your service are really bad, no movement on our parcel since the 5th of December 2018. You claim to be the best but we doubt that, your opposition much faster, never over 14 days. This parcel already arrived in Johannesburg on 3rd December 2018. Our Tracking nr is 30516777465.

My parcel is "stolen" truck was hijacked Joseph was supposed to phone me back and give me forms to claim my stuff back. Nothing has been done!! I will NOT recommend Aramex to anyone ever!

Bad service. Realy disappointed Post on Tuesday from Mosselbay to Welkom. Only delivered on Friday 6pm after about 10 phone calls and every body had another story. Bfn did not even answer their telephone.

The tracking of parcels is very poorly set out. Just that the parcel was loaded, futher no tracking about the whereabouts of the parcel.

Parcel sent with Aramex from Cape Town on Monday 10th & still not delivered to Ballito - unable to reach Aramex office in Durban - when calling get out in a queue and hold for 3 minutes & get cut off every time! Very frustrating!!!!
