It is the third day. Still no delivery. Spoke with the call centre. They said my parcel should be her at 17.15. It is 17.30. Nothing. I enquired about my parcel this morning at 8.00 Still there hasnt been a reply. Poor service. Even the cheap couriers deliver a better service. Parcels sent via Paxi arrives earlier than said. Aramex your service is pathetic! I will never use you again!

Ur service is very poor nobody called me for my delivery such lies and nonsense my foni is on 247 didn't even get a missed call last time I had a delivery from aramex I fetched my parcel at a mall parking lot coz the courier guy got to my place with no one which was lies coz I was home had to drive with a 6month old baby to pick up a parcel whereby still he wasn't there left mall with out my parcel till my husband fetched it from him at sevenwatch mall kuilsriver I'm so pi**ed and disgusted that it's not the first time url doing this...and spend 30 minutes over the foni with my airtime to get such bull...
