The worst carrier service ever. Delay in delivery, employees do not process requests fast or don't process at all. There is no system to raise complains. Requested to talk to any manager and till now after 7 hours of my request through the customer service , no body contacted me. I will never recommend Aramex to any one.

This is my second order from Amazon shipped by Aramax that has not reached me as yet.It was ordered 9n April 19th 2019 and it's been lying in your offices since 10th May.This is frustrating to say the least.

I have a pending delivery here.... and its been 2weeks they can't even deliver it. Very poor customer services. I am a person who don't usually give very poor rates.. but this make me very stress this past few weeks. At first im so happy because they have Aramex whatsapp BOT but its also very useless because its a computerized and you can't get an answer for your delivery. Just so disappointing because ARAMEX name is worldwide and best known but i just really did not expect they have this very bad service and customer service.
