The service is deteriorated to unbelievable level. 30755995325 tracking number. 1st sent to Riyadh instead if Jeddah. 2nd given to wrong delivery agent who gave back to the station. 3rd the right delivery agent gave on ring only to just show that he attempted delivery. After two calls from me promised to delivery between 5 to 6pm. Now 7:15pm not delivered not answering call.

Very useless company. It's 6months now and my parcel hasn't been delivered or returned to me but when I call they are telling me that escalations have been closed. How is that really possible for them to close my case without being resolved? Even their risk department is useless as they have been promising to do a follow up but no update until this moment. They need to be exposed on skhipha amafiles on national tv cos they take people for granted
