Very useless company. It's 6months now and my parcel hasn't been delivered or returned to me but when I call they are telling me that escalations have been closed. How is that really possible for them to close my case without being resolved? Even their risk department is useless as they have been promising to do a follow up but no update until this moment. They need to be exposed on skhipha amafiles on national tv cos they take people for granted

I have been waiting for my express parcel for two weeks now and still parcel has not left origin country, this is no Covid issue, it’s just ridiculous. I have lost money because of that.

Drivers should communicate if time was no longer on their side to drop off the parcel , call the customer to avoid complains regards

Useless. Can't get ahold of them as no number on the internet is working for them. they are taking long and can't even speak to someone from that side...
