Can never track packages. Emails requesting information return a generic or unhelpful answer. Even during this busy and uncertain time this is not good enough for a major courier

Poor service ever wish shein never use you to deliver our cloths full of excuses and keep on changing comment why our parcel never delivered in time

Worst service, I call them, then I hold for 20 minutes and then they drop the call, this happend more then 3 times, they were supposed to deliver 4 days ago, I am waiting another 4 days with no update or communications from them

Bad experience ever!!! Paid everything ND asked them if l should pickup my shipment they agree but until today nothing...l will never recommend Aramex to anyone
