Useless and unprofessional company. Their call center takes long to pick up the phone and if you become lucky that they picked it up, you will wait another 10mins while they are checking the information. Then you will be asked for your phone number and email address. After that nothing will happen and I have spoken to their risk department which promised to do the follow up. Now it's 4months and there is nothing they have done but my parcel is not delivered and when I try to track it on their app it shows that it was returned in October
I would actually rate the company zero if it had the option I'm very angry with the service you give
