I have been waiting for my parcel which was sent on the 1st of December from Cape Town. Am so angry
So late delivery .No response from phone
Like most services . holding time on the phone is too long. You hold on forever listening to music. Annoying when you just need to hear someone answer and resovle your query. The bot is not helpful. The app is also not useful. You cannot update information like an address. The courier does not answer the phone . Parcel has been in transit from CT since the 01/12/2021 .. no call from Aramex. So why must we provide contact numbers?
My parcel has been in transit from the 01st December til today. Bad service.
Impossible company to deal with if i had a choice I would give a minus score. Chat box says we will get back to you shortly 25 minutes later no answer on phone or chat
