Like most services . holding time on the phone is too long. You hold on forever listening to music. Annoying when you just need to hear someone answer and resovle your query. The bot is not helpful. The app is also not useful. You cannot update information like an address. The courier does not answer the phone . Parcel has been in transit from CT since the 01/12/2021 .. no call from Aramex. So why must we provide contact numbers?

Impossible company to deal with if i had a choice I would give a minus score. Chat box says we will get back to you shortly 25 minutes later no answer on phone or chat

Very bad company poor service no notification the parcel move from one place to another the following day it went somewhere else my parcel the whole of china from there it went to Dubai from Dubai to Sandton to airport from airport to aramex destination facility really????????

Very Bad Service, waiting since last week. Aramex don't phone but they say customer unavailable.
