No information about my parcel since 23-11-2021 until today i haven't received my parcel , phone calls you will be on hold until you run out of airtime
First time for us to use Aramex and got a very frustrating experience with the the agents/customer service. Two customer service/agents named Kris and Mary Rose (I think both from the Philippines) were the only person who made us feel that theyre both honest.
The service is too slow.I won’t ever use this courier company again!
personally Aramex always disappoints me I'm not happy with their service its delays after delays.
I would rate lower than 1 star if I could! Consistently longer delivery times than Aus post and other courier services, lost or miss directed parcels etc Every time I see a seller has used Aramex, I shudder and just know it will be a long time before I see my item delivered (weeks/months instead of days) Consistently poor service!!!
