Such delayed delivery. And even worse customer service. I have been waiting for over a month for a parcel that's been sitting in their store undelivered, up until now. They don't care and will not keep you informed. Do not use this company.
There should be -5 starts to grade! Horrible service! Waiting for important document and they just keep delaying the delivery! They give me the time frame and date, where I wait for them the half of a day so they can call me to tell me that they can’t deliver it and that next available delivery time is in 5 days! Outrageous! Total disrespect of the customer, neglecting the the fact that someone is waiting for them in a timeframe that they choose themselves which makes it even more disrespectful and rude!

Parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 29th of October is still be held as of today (10/11/2021) This is just embarrassing and it shows incompetence. Not even the trouble to contact the owner of the parcel. Surprisingly got the tracking number DBP46761103174 from the company way back on the 28th of October 2021.
Worst delivery company ever,they dont communicate and when you call they make sure your credit is depleted as you listen to their machines.No communication whatsoever from their company
I've been waiting for my parcel for 2months now whereas in Buffalo it took 2 weeks
