Package erroneously routed to Durban, first of all Package sent off on 21.10.2021 and is still lying in Johannesburg on 2 November 2021.The services has been deteriorating since early this year and I am very disappointed. I have had to make several calls in the past, which is unacceptable to me. In future I shall make use of a different courier company.
I haven't received my package yet ,what's the problem cause there's no one called me like last time

Worst courier I have ever dealt with. The first delivery, tracking info stated that I was not available when I was and they definitely had not been to deliver. Second delivery 7:10am I received an sms to say delivery would be before 5pm that day. I finish work at 4, waited til 5pm, nothing! It is now 11:50 the following day and I’m still waiting!!
About as much use as an ashtray on a Harley. Entered 2 different tracking numbers. Neither found.
Their service is Poor, since I have waiting for my parcel for so long until I loose my patience and call them, guess what, they just said "they were Struggling to get my location and I was like then why were you not calling me to ask me about my location? And I said so since I explained to you where I stay, when can I get my things ? The lady just said she don't know when will the driver deliver (after so long mara?)
Its take forever to deliver shipping,, my parcel have been the for 6 days now,,
