Worst courier I have ever dealt with. The first delivery, tracking info stated that I was not available when I was and they definitely had not been to deliver. Second delivery 7:10am I received an sms to say delivery would be before 5pm that day. I finish work at 4, waited til 5pm, nothing! It is now 11:50 the following day and I’m still waiting!!

About as much use as an ashtray on a Harley. Entered 2 different tracking numbers. Neither found.

Their service is Poor, since I have waiting for my parcel for so long until I loose my patience and call them, guess what, they just said "they were Struggling to get my location and I was like then why were you not calling me to ask me about my location? And I said so since I explained to you where I stay, when can I get my things ? The lady just said she don't know when will the driver deliver (after so long mara?)

You have no sense of urgency and you're so incompetent. It's been almost two weeks and my order has been stuck at the same place, with no updates. I'm so disappointed....

OMG Aremex is a definite no no!no updates or parcels when tracking ur parcel u realize its still stuck where it was 7 days ago.its very inconvenient especially if u have deadlines to meet Disaster
