Paid for Dawn Courier on Wednesday the 13th October 2021 at an eccesive rate for delivery the following morning at 14 October 2021 9h00 at Durban. By 18h00 on the 14th October 2021 it has not even left Johannesburg. Defeated the whole purpose paying exhorbitant fee only to find that it was booked as Economy Delivery not even transported at all. Then received the one promise after the other only to find that parcel is missing. Should be zero stars. Then in the process of trying to sort it out the ignoring began.

No updates for more than 2 weeks and no response after contacting support service. Still no package. Horrible service! Zero stars worthy!
I am really frustrated with your services. I'm running a business and I use Aramex for shipping. My packages are always late and some get lost. Please improve cause these is sooo frustrating
