I would give Aramex a -0 rating. Very poor service. Waiting since last week for my parcel to be delivered after receiving daily the delivery notification. Everyday the excuse is that the driver did not have enough time. Very bad!!!

Over promising and under performing. Parcels meant to be delivered the next day as they say about their overnight courier will arrive 4days later. No one answers the customer care numbers

I am very disappointed with your service, I dropped a parcel on Thursday but it was only picked up the next Tuesday now that I was calling your office. So you should state that you deliver in 7 days not what you advertise. You really need to improve your service or you stand to lose lose a whole lot of clients

Disappointed in my last 2 Parcells. Couldn't track my parcels after 24 hrs having dropped them way before collection time. At list a call to inform me why the delay would have been professional. I had to try get hold of yr office but no one seemed professional to assist....
