Disappointed in my last 2 Parcells. Couldn't track my parcels after 24 hrs having dropped them way before collection time. At list a call to inform me why the delay would have been professional. I had to try get hold of yr office but no one seemed professional to assist....

Is Fedex and aramex the same thing or work the same? If a parcel is sent through Fedex,where does one collect the parcel?

Its been 4days my parcel hasn’t been delivered to its destination called them promised escalation of my query that was 2days ago since then I haven’t heard a word from them.

Horrible customer service my parcel cleared from costums on the 21 july since then is not moving I wonder whats going on with ARAMAX. This is really disgusting.
